About the Role

We are on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Director of Behavioral Health Programs to lead our dedicated team. This vital position focuses on delivering clinical excellence while ensuring operational efficiency and financial sustainability within our behavioral health services.

Your role includes creating and maintaining robust operational controls and administrative procedures, ensuring full compliance with all regulatory standards. Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, behavioral health, or a related clinical field; a Master's degree is preferred. You should have at least 3 years of leadership experience in an acute inpatient setting.
