Selectek has an immediate opportunity for a Civil Drafter in Ft. Walton Beach, FL. This is a direct hire role with a growing civil engineering firm opening a new office in the area. The position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of residential and commercial land development projects in a collaborative team environment.
Position Summary:
The Civil Drafter will be responsible for producing construction documents in AutoCAD Civil 3D for site development projects. Tasks include performing redlines and markups, working with boundary surveys, and assisting in the preparation of grading, stormwater, utility, and site layout plans.
Responsibilities:

• Draft and update civil site plans using Civil 3D
  
• Apply redlines and markups to existing plans
  
• Assist in creating grading, drainage, water, and sewer plans
  
• Work closely with engineers and project managers to deliver high-quality design documents
  
• Review and interpret boundary surveys and site development information

• 1-5 years of experience in civil drafting
  
• Experience with redlines, markups, and boundary surveys
  
• Familiarity or proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D (willing to train if needed)
  
• Civil site development experience (residential preferred; commercial, municipal, wastewater, or industrial also considered)

• Job Type: Direct Hire
  
• Location: Ft. Walton Beach, FL
  
• Pay Range: $40,000-$65,000 annually
  
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (flexible schedule and potential for 4/10s)
